Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Savory Breakfast Nourish Bowl

Ingredients

4.5 oz / 125g ground beef

2 eggs

1 slice of bacon


Instructions

  1. cook chopped bacon in frying pan over medium heat

  2. scoot the bacon over and cook ground beef over low-medium heat

  3. once cooked, scoot the ground beef over, separate the eggs, and fry the whites

  4. remove from heat, mix ground beef, bacon, and egg whites together

  5. plate the mix in a bowl and add 1/2 T butter and salt to taste

  6. mix in egg yolks (residual heat will cook the yolk)
