
Quick, Healthy, and Easy Butter-Basted Scallops

Ingredients
1 T butter
4 oz / 100g scallops
Instructions
rinse scallops thoroughly under cool water to remove any sand or debris
remove small side muscle from each scallop
melt 1T butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add scallops to the pan, sear for 2-3 minutes on each side and salt to taste
optional: garnish with parsley
