Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Philly Cheese-steak Egg Wrap

Ingredients

4.5 oz / 125g ground beef

1 egg

1 oz / 25g cream cheese

salt to taste


Instructions

  1. cook ground beef in frying pan

  2. while the ground beef is cooking, beat egg together

  3. once the ground beef is cooked, stir in cream cheese, adding water as needed until creamy

  4. in a separate large frying pan, fry beaten egg in thin even layer for 30 seconds per side

  5. fill the egg crepe with ground beef mixture and wrap

  6. crisp both sides of the wrap, adding butter as needed
