
Mummeat Balls

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground sausage
1/2 lb ground beef
Mozzarella pearls
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 egg yolk
Instructions
Mix together sausage and ground beef
Flatten 1 oz portions of meat mix and wrap around mozzarella pieces
In a frying pan over medium heat, fry meatballs til cooked through
Meanwhile, microwave the mozzarella for 30 seconds until melty
Let it cool for a moment before mixing in the egg yolk
Flatten the noodle mixture in between two sheets of parchment paper and let it dry out in the fridge until the parchment paper pulls cleanly away
Slice noodle sheet into fettuccine width slices
Wrap noodles around each meatball and serve
