Ingredients

100mL / 1/2 c heavy whipping cream

2 eggs

100g / 4 oz muenster

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
  • Using an immersion blender, mix all ingredients together until creamy batter forms
  • Fill small buttered baking dish with mixture
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the center of the batter sets
