Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Meaty Breakfast Egg Muffins

Ingredients

4.5 oz / 125g ground beef

2 slices of bacon

4 eggs

salt to taste


Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350F / 180 C fan

  2. place pan large enough to fit muffin tin filled with a touch of water in over

  3. grease 4 wells of a muffin tin

  4. fry chopped up bacon in a skillet over medium heat

  5. once cooked, scoot to the side and cook ground beef in bacon fat

  6. once cooked, mix eggs, bacon, and ground beef, pour into muffin tin

  7. bake for 15-18 minutes or until eggs are set
