Healthy, Tasty & Easy Egg McMuffin Carnivore Zero-Carb

1 egg bun

1 slice of bacon

1 egg

1 slice of cheese


  1. make egg bun

  2. preheat oven to 180 C / 350 F fan

  3. fry bacon to desired crispiness

  4. in a well-buttered yorkshire pudding or "muffin top" pan (see link below), crack egg and gently break the yolk

  5. bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the egg has set

  6. optional, but highly recommended: toast the egg bun before assembling

  7. assemble the McMuffin

  8. serve with carnivore hashbrowns
