Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Egg & Cheese Taco Omelette

2 eggs

2 slices of bacon

1oz / 25g cheese

salt to taste


  1. fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, remove from pan and set aside

  2. fry cheese in even layer in the bottom of the pan until bubbling

  3. crack eggs onto cheese, salt to taste, and immediately cover with lid

  4. once eggs are cooked, fill with bacon, fold in half into taco and serve
