33g egg whites

2 oz cream cheese

1 oz grated parmesan


  1. preheat oven to 350F

  2. line a loaf pan with parchment paper

  3. beat egg whites to stiff peaks

  4. in a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until whipped smooth

  5. gently fold egg whites into the cream cheese

  6. once combined, gently fold in the parmesan cheese

  7. spread the mixture into the bottom of the loaf pan

  8. bake for 20 minutes

  9. once baked, turn off the oven and crack the door to cool

  10. after 10 minutes, remove from the oven and add toppings

  11. remove from the loaf pan to finish cooling and serve
