Carnivore Sausage Gravy


1lb country style sausage

4 oz cream cheese

4-8 oz heavy cream


  1. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat

  2. Drain excess fat

  3. Turn heat to low and add cream cheese, stirring until melted

  4. Once cream cheese is melted, pour in heavy whipping cream until desired consistency is reached

  5. Heat until sauce bubbles and serve

  6. Optional: serve with poached eggs and hollandaise on an egg bun
