
Carnivore Ravioli Made with Carnivore Noodles

Ingredients
For noodles:
2 egg yolks
2 c mozzarella
1lb italian sausage
1/2 c ricotta
2 oz parmesan
salt to taste
Instructions
For noodles:
soften mozzarella in the microwave for 30 seconds
let cool for a moment before mixing in egg yolks
flatten noodles between two sheets of parchment paper using a rolling pin
refrigerate overnight to "dry" noodles out
For ravioli:
brown italian sausage in a frying pan over medium heat, drain excess fats
mix with ricotta, parmesan, and salt to taste
fill ravioli with mixture and seal edges with a fork
heat ravioli in brown butter, beef broth, or alfredo sauce
