Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Nachos Supreme

Ingredients

1/2 bag pork rinds

2 oz / 50g shredded cheese

1 lb / 500g ground beef

60g sour cream

chives


Instructions

  1. cook ground beef in a frying pan on the stovetop

  2. lay pork rinds in a single layer on a cooking sheet lined with aluminum foil

  3. layer shredded cheese, cooked beef, and additional cheese onto pork rinds

  4. bake at 350F / 180C for 5 minutes

  5. after removing from the oven, transfer to serving platter, layering more shredded cheese and sour cream to taste

  6. optional: garnish with chives or green onions as desired
