Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Mac & Cheese Au Gratin

carnivore chicken gnocchi

1 c heavy whipping cream

1.5 oz white cheddar

1.5 oz gruyere

pork rinds



  1. make gnocchi

  2. preheat oven to 350F / 180C fan

  3. fry gnocchi in butter

  4. heat heavy whipping cream to a light simmer

  5. add cheese slowly, adding more as each addition melts

  6. mix gnocchi into cheese mixture

  7. pour into gratin and bake for 10 mins

  8. Top with pork rinds and parmesan mixture and broil on hi for 5 minutes (watch it so it doesn't burn!)
