
Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Ice Cream

Ingredients
1/2 c milk
1/4 c heavy whipping cream
1 egg yolk
vanilla bean (optional)
Instructions
slice open vanilla bean and steep in milk & cream until simmering
beat egg yolk in separate, heat-safe container
once simmering, remove the vanilla bean and scrape out seeds
slowly add 1/2 hot cream mixture to egg while beating, then mix egg back into the rest of the hot cream
sieve mixture into heat-safe tupperware and stir in the vanilla seeds
chill in fridge at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
place mixture in the freezer 30 minutes before churning
churn according to ice cream churn instructions and freeze for at least an hour once finished before serving
