Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Hollandaise

Ingredients

5 T of butter

2 egg yolks

1 T apple cider vinegar

salt to taste


Instructions

  1. melt 5T of butter in a saucepan

  2. while that is melting, blend together 2 egg yolks, 3/4T apple cider vinegar, and a dash of salt together in a blender

  3. once the butter is melted, slowly stream it into the blender at a low speed

  4. after all the butter is added, blend for a few seconds more

  5. taste the mixture and add more salt or vinegar to taste

  6. serve warm, can be stored in the fridge but do not microwave to reheat
