
Carnivore Deconstructed Meatloaf on Carnivore French Bread

Ingredients
For bread:
8 egg whites
3 T butter powder
3 T egg white powder
3 T unflavored whey protein isolate powder
For meatloaves:
1.5 lbs ground beef
1/2 c porkrinds
2/3 c evaporated milk
1 egg
1 T mustard
2 c cheddar cheese
salt to taste
Instructions
For the bread:
preheat oven to 350F
whip whites to stiff peaks
gently fold in powders
bake for 25-30 minutes
allow to cool slowly by turning the oven off and cracking the door
This bread was inspired by the PSMF Loaf by Maria Emmerich, however, it is no longer protein-sparing because of the butter powder.
For the meatloaf:
preheat oven 350F
mix all ingredients, except bread, in a large bowl. reserve a bit of cheese for garnish
form meat mixture into flat loaves and bake on tray for 25 minutes or until cooked through
10 minutes before the meatloaves are done, slice the french bread and toast in the oven, flipping halfway through
place the meatloaves onto the toasted bread, top with the cheese reserved for garnish, and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted
