1 egg, beaten well
1 T cream cheese
(optional: cinnamon/pumpkin spice seasoning/vanilla)
Heat a skillet over medium heat
Pour beaten egg into pan, swirling to coat bottom of pan evenly (you are going for crepe thickness)
Allow to set and flip to other side just for a moment
While the crepe is cooking, soften cream cheese for 10 seconds in the microwave
(Optional: mix in a splash of vanilla)
Once crepe has cooked, spread cream cheese on the crepe
Sprinkle with glycine and cinnamon or pumpkin spice powder as desired
Roll the crepe onto itself and serve!
