Ingredients
8 oz / 250g chicken
4 / 120g egg whites
2 eggs
1/4 cup / 60mL water
salt to taste
Instructions
blend together all ingredients, you want a thin batter
butter a skillet and place over medium heat
pour batter into the pan, carefully swirling to spread the batter in an even circle
cook for 2 minutes on each side
