Boo Cheese Fondue


½ c blue cheese crumbles

¼ c dry white wine

¼ c milk

2 oz cream cheese

blue cheese for top


  • Combine the blue cheese, wine, milk, and cream cheese in a saucepan over medium heat

  • Stir until smooth and melted

  • Reduce heat to medium and bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute

  • Reduce heat to low; cook 8 minutes or until mixture is smooth, be sure to stir often

  • Pour into a fondue pot or keep warm over low flame

  • Crumble blue cheese over the top
