Asian-Style Flanken Ribs


1lb flanken ribs

2 T fish sauce

1/4 c coconut aminos (optional)

1/4 c beef broth

1 tsp ginger (optional)

1 tsp garlic (optional)

Salt to taste


  1. Place flanken ribs into pressure cooker

  2. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the flanken ribs

  3. Cook at high for 25 minutes and follow the instructions for quick release

  4. Broil ribs on high for 5 minutes each side til charred

  5. While ribs are charring, reduce liquid from the pot in a small saucepan over medium heat

  6. Serve ribs with sauce poured over
