Healthy & Easy Zero-Carb Carnivore Air-Fried Chicken Wings

1 cup / 250mL Buttermilk

1/2 lb / 250g Chicken Wings

5 T / 70g Butter

1 clove Garlic (optional)

1 oz / 25g Parmesan


1. marinate chicken wings in buttermilk (make your own by adding a splash of lemon juice or vinegar to milk) for at least one hour, flip marinade every 30 minutes until ready to cook

2. pat chicken dry, salt to taste, and place single layer of wings in pre-heated air-fryer basket

3. fry wings at 400F / 200 C for 7-10 minutes each side

4. while the wings cook, melt butter in a saucepan with minced garlic (optional)

5. once the wings cook on one side, flip and cook at 400F / 200C for another 7-10 minutes

6. remove wings from air-fryer and pour butter/garlic mixture over the top, toss together, sprinkle with grated parmesan, and toss again
